Role: Business Operations Associate ( GTM & RevOps Architect)
Stack: JavaScript (Google Apps Script), API Integration, OAuth2, Secure Reporting
The Challenge: Sovereign-Grade Data Automation
A prominent government innovation agency in Dubai required a secure, automated method to track participant growth across a national-scale development program. The requirement was a "Zero-Touch" system that could ingest high volumes of quantitative survey data and instantly generate "Baseline vs. Post-Program" analytics (The Delta). Because this was a government initiative, the solution had to be enterprise-secure, 100% autonomous, and robust enough to handle high-concurrency script calls without fail.
Mapped out a diagram below:

The Solution: Engineering a Zero-Touch Analytics Pipeline
I architected a custom JavaScript (GAS) engine to handle the end-to-end data lifecycle:
Secure Data Orchestration: I engineered a custom bridge to ingest data via API, sanitizing and structuring it within a secure cloud-based data warehouse.
Algorithmic Delta-Reporting: I developed the backend logic to categorize scores and mathematically calculate individual growth metrics. This provided instant, data-driven feedback on program efficacy.
Technical Refactoring for Scale: I performed a complete refactor of the legacy code, moving the system from manual triggers to Event-Driven and Time-Based Triggers. This ensured the engine could handle high volumes of concurrent script calls during peak assessment windows.
Sovereign-Standard Security (OAuth2): I configured secure OAuth2 authorization, routing all automated communication through the government agency’s secure domain to ensure maximum data privacy and protocol compliance.
The Business Impact
Total Autonomy: Successfully eliminated a 15-hour-per-week manual reporting cycle.
Unrivaled Accuracy: Replaced manual calculations with an algorithmic scoring model, ensuring 100% data integrity for government reporting.
Scalability: The architecture supported a 10x increase in participant capacity with zero additional operational overhead.
